How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Cleverzk Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How your call or message to Cleverzk Concrete was handled
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we introduced you to
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, first take it up with the provider directly and keep written records.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Cleverzk Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@cleverzk.quest and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
