About Cleverzk Concrete

Who We Are

Cleverzk Concrete is a referral service. We help homeowners in Euclid and the Euclid area connect with independent local providers who handle concrete driveways, stamped concrete and patios.

We are not a contractor. We do not pour, cut, stamp or seal anything. Independent providers do all of that.

Why We Exist

Finding the right person for concrete flatwork can feel like a guessing game. Cold winters, hot summers and spring water all test a slab. A job that looks fine at first can crack or sink a few seasons later.

So Cleverzk Concrete does two things. We make the introduction. Then we share plain habits for sealing, drainage and winter care, so the new concrete lasts. Protect the pour, and it pays you back for years.

How Providers Are Matched

You tell us what you want: a new driveway, a patio, a stamped finish, or a fix for a worn slab. We look at the type of project and your location. Then we point you to a provider in our network that handles that kind of work nearby.

Providers decide for themselves whether they can take a job. Their schedules vary. Request a callback to check provider availability in your area.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are asked to:

• Be clear and polite with homeowners.
• Give a written quote before work begins.
• Hold any license or insurance their state or town requires.
• Explain the plan for base, drainage and curing in plain words.

We encourage homeowners to confirm these things directly. It is your project, and you should feel sure about it.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not do the concrete work.
• We do not set prices or write quotes.
• We do not promise a result or a start date.
• We do not give legal, engineering or insurance advice.

Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your own policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

Photos and Notes

We suggest you keep tidy records. Take photos of the area before work. Jot down measurements, dates and what each provider says. Clear records make estimates easier to compare and any insurance conversation simpler.

How We Are Paid

Homeowners are not charged a fee by Cleverzk Concrete for the introduction. Providers in the network may pay for the referrals they receive. Your quote comes from the provider, and you are never obligated to hire anyone.
