Disclaimer for cleverzk.quest

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use cleverzk.quest. It is a general template and not legal advice.

A Referral Service Only

Cleverzk Concrete provides referral and marketing services and nothing more. We introduce homeowners to independent concrete providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp or seal concrete, and we do no construction of any kind. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider, never by Cleverzk Concrete.

No Endorsement, No Promises

An introduction to a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area when you need one. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance and conduct.

Information Is General

The content here is for general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Soil, slope, weather and local rules differ from one property to the next, so talk with a qualified provider about your own project.

About Costs

Prices shown on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They shift with the job, the location, the materials, the site and the design. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work is put on the calendar.

Permits and Local Rules

What we say about permits, HOA rules and building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA requires. Check with your local permit office, your HOA and your provider.

Staying Safe

Concrete jobs involve heavy equipment, digging and materials that can irritate skin and eyes. Keep children and pets away from work areas and fresh concrete. If someone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Cleverzk Concrete when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives more detail.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep this site accurate and current. Even so, we do not warrant that it is complete or correct in every detail.
